  • Any contact, interactions or comments on social media will not be shared with any other parties. 

  • Phone calls will never be recorded, we do not retain any of the information from calls and it is not shared with any other parties. 

  • Phone numbers will not be shared with any other parties. The phone numbers are collected only to contact clients in the case of an emergency or booking issue.

  • Emails received will not be shared with any other parties and clients will not be added to any mailing lists without permission. The email address is solely collected to allow the booking process to function. 

  • We will retain the data indefinitely or until any requests from the customer are made for the information to be deleted in line with data protection rights.
